The RealWorklist app lets you track your service provider work progress and view worklist items status in real-time. Turn on notifications to get alerts for all changes, including messages and item status change.

If your service provider hasn’t begun your work order, you can update your work order in the Worklist.  If your Service provider has already started working on your order, you can Chat with them for assistance.

How to message with your service provider?

RealWorklist is your one stop Meeting Minutes management solution. Create a Meeting space, add people to it and you are good to go. You can access Meeting Minutes and Meeting Schedules through the RealWorklist website, the RealWorklist Facebook application, or your mobile device. RealWorklist lets you:

  • Schedule Meetings and notify participants
  • Follow up on a participant's availability in a meeting
  • Log Meeting Minutes for scheduled and unschduled meetings
  • Easily share Meeting Minutes with others

How to add a new Worklist?

To add new worklist — You have two ways to assign worklist to Service Provider.

From Home screen.

Press + sign.

It will ask you 6 questions

  • 1. What is worklist name?
    Type your worklist name. Press NEXT ->. It will take you to next question.
  • 2. What is Worklist items?
    Example : Fix kitchen faucet. You can add as many Worklist items as required by the Worklist by pressing return icon. Once you finish adding worklist items. Press Next ->
  • 3. Who do you want to assign this worklist?
    Please pick a service provider from the list of your service providers Once you have selected service provider. Please press NEXT ->
  • 4. Select Start date
    Press NEXT ->
  • 5. Select End date
    Press NEXT ->
  • 6. What is the work location address?
    Yay! You have successfully generated a worklist.

The new Worklist is added to All worklist.

How to change worklist?

  • 1. Select worklist which you want to make changes.
  • 2. Select the items you want to change. This will open a pop up window. You can type the new name or fix the original item.
  • 3. Press on -> to complete the change.

How to delete a worklist item?

  • 1. Tap the Worklist item
  • 2. Look for trash icon and tap to archive the worklist. You can always bring it back from the setting page under the profile.
  • 3. If you want to just delete the worklist item. Tap the worklist item and tap on the trash icon. It will ask you question if you want delete. Press YES. The worklist item will be deleted.
  • 4. You can reassign new Service provider by clicking on the service provider make. It will open a service provider list. Tap on the new service provider from the list. It will add new service provider to the worklist item.
  • 5. If the survive provider is not on your list. Please import from the contacts on your phone or add them manually.

How to approving worklist items?

When the service provider completes the work item. You can approve or ask more question by adding a comment. If you are ok with the work. You can tap on the approve checkbox. It will notify the service provider that work item is approved.

How to update settings?

  • 1. At the top right of any page, click Account
  • 2. Click Your Orders
  • 3. Select the order you want to update
  • 4. In the item list, select the item you want to adjust the quantity on
  • 5. On this item, click the number and adjust as you like Update Profile

Go to settings and update profile by clicking on the items you want to update.
